- Chartres, Saint-Martin-au-Val, abbaye fondée au 6e s. où fut enterré saint Laumer (mort en 593), près de saint Lubin (mort en 556), d'où transféré à Corbion en 595 et ensuite à Blois ; dès 874, abbaye de bénédictins, devenue prieuré de Marmoutier en 1128, par le comte Thibaut IV ; en 1160, soumise à Bonne-Bouvelle d'Orléans ; couvent de Capucins en 1664, transformé en paroisse de Saint-Brice.
