Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde.
Possesseur: acquis pendant le règne de Sixte IV († 1484), le manuscrit est attesté dans les inventaires de 1481, 1518 (f. 48v°, l. 14), 1533 et 1550 (où il portait le n° 1019).
