Parch., XVe s. (a. 1453), 262 ff., 296 x 197 mm. Au f. 1, bordure sur trois côtés à «bianchi girari » avec deux oiseaux; dans la marge inférieure, deux angelots portant une croix de Malte rouge accrochée au cou par un ruban rouge encadrent une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or contenant un blason. Initiales d’or à «bianchi girari ». Rares corrections marginales de la même main. Au f. 262 v°, essais de plume d’une main plus tardive sans intérêt.

f. 220, le liv. XIV du manuscrit comprend l'ep. XIII, 53 fin et le liv. XIV (cf. supra, Pal. lat. 1500, f. 106v°-116).
Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde. Le manuscrit a été achevé à Pise le 18 janvier 1453 d’après la souscription au f. 262: «... TERMINATVS PISIS DIE XVIII IANVARII ANNO M. CCCCLIII. TELOS ».
Possesseurs: armes non identifiées peintes au f. 1: d’azur au chevron d’or à trois roses blanches (non peintes), deux et une; Federico da Montefeltro d’après l’«Indice vecchio » 454.
