Provient de l' abbaye de Saint-Amand-en-Pévèle (dioc. de Tournai), d'après les ex-libris des f. 1 et 2, avec l'anc. cote « A 48 ». Ce manuscrit a par la suite appartenu à Charles-Maurice Le Tellier , archevêque de Reims.
