Parch., XVe s., I + 146 ff., 305 X 190 mm. Au f. 7 sur trois côtés bordure à «bianchi girari» en partie recouverte de feuillages et phylactères or, bleus ou rouges, avec une tête d’homme dans le coin supérieur gauche, qui paraissent avoir été repeints en même temps que le blason, initiale à «bianchi girari» dans laquelle on lit ces mots: «ETAS EXVGI (?)».

Origine: italienne, peut-être florentine d’après la décoration, écriture humanistique ronde.
Possesseurs: les armes peintes (ou repeintes) au bas du f. 7 assez grossièrement: d’or au bouc dressé d’azur, au chef d’azur chargé de 3 lis d’or, encadrées d’un phylactère portant la devise: «HVIC CEDITE FATA», appartiennent peut-être à la famille Bolognini de Bologne; le cardinal Marcello Cervini (cote 704, grattée, au f. 1); le cardinal Sirleto (cote 96 au f. 1); Giovanni Angelo duc d’Altemps (ex-libris au f. I); le cardinal Ottoboni (cote de Bianchini: J. 4. 10).
