Parch., XVe s., 200 ff. (f. 197 v°-200 v° blancs), 260 x 165 mm. Au f. 1 riche encadrement à «bianchi girari» défraîchi, parsemé de «putti» et d’oiseaux, en bas deux angelots soutenant le cercle d’or entourant la couronne de lauriers qui contenait les armes.

Origine: italienne, écriture humanistique ronde régulière.
Possesseurs: les armes peintes au bas du f. 1 ont été grattées; le couvent des Théatins de St. Sylvestre du Quirinal d’après les timbres imprimés au bas du f. 1 dont l’un porte l’inscription en partie effacée: «BIBLIOT. S. ‹SILVESTRI›», leur bibliothèque passa chez Francesco Tolomei et fut achetée en 1705 par le pape Clément XI.
