Au f. 1 v°, titre du manuscrit en capitales d’or et d’azur dans une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or, ornée de fleurs, fruits et pastilles d’or. Au f. 2, bordure sur trois côtés à «bianchi girari » avec tiges et pastilles d’or; dans la marge inférieure, à l’intérieur d’une couronne de laurier cerclée d’or présentée par deux «putti », une aigle de sable couronnée d’or sur champ de gueules décoré de rinceaux a l’estomac chargé du blason des Montefeltro. Initiale d’or à «bianchi girari ». Autres initiales à «bianchi girari » se prolongeant parfois en marge (cf. f. 165).
