Parch., XIVe s., 48 ff., 198 x 135 mm. Au f. 1 initiale ornée d’un buste d’homme avec courte bordure de feuilles d’acanthe en haut et de rinceaux avec une tête d’homme à gauche. Gloses marginales et interlinéaires contemporaines. Nombreux feuillets palimpsestes.
