F. 65v, note écrite à l'envers au bas du feuillet : "Mirabilia testimonia tua ideo scrutata est ea anima mea, declaratio sermonum." (Ps 118, 129-130). Notes effacées aux f. 140v (en marge "Item veniat pro nobis Domine...") et 141v avec grande initiale ornée "P" visible au bas du feuillet.
