Le f. 1 est partiellement palimpseste (texte écrit en haut du feuillet à la verticale). En marge supérieure, titre gratté et effacé à plusieurs reprises "Liber de fide..." (XIIIe siècle). Titre ajouté d'une écriture cursive postérieure : "Sentencie Hugonis de Sancto Victore".
